For the second time in two weeks an Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball player has been named Iowa Community College Athletic Conference of the week. 

Cody Cox who is a returning ICCAC All Region Performer was named to that honor Tuesday December 13th. Cox who is from Statesville, North Carolina averaged 17 points, and 4 rebounds on the week while shooting 54% from the field including 57% from 3.

"Cody works extremely hard on his game and is very deserving of this award and we are very proud of Cody for this" said Laker Head Coach Troy Larson. 

Dennis Joiner of Minneapolis, Minnesota won the same award last week. 

The Lakers will host Marshalltown on Wednesday, December 14th in Laker Gymnasium. Tip for the game will be at 7:30 pm.
