The Iowa Lakes Men's Soccer Program, for the first time in their history, had twelve athletes put on the Academic All-Region Team. The All-Region Team is divided up in to either First or Second Team with those having a GPA of 3.50 and greater making up the First Team and those with a 3.00 - 3.49 making the latter. Enoch Duval, Felipe Giancoli, Mathew Jonsen, Olamide Onajide, and Tyler Loehr all received First Team honors. Gustavo Nascimento, Ignacio Albors, James Paylor, Jose Mendez, Luiz Dutra, Oliver Harrison, and Yago Ramos all recieved Second Team honors. 

The Men's Soccer Program recieved the most honors out of any other Iowa Lakes team for the Fall of 2016.
