The Iowa Lakes Community College Lakers fell to the DMACC Bears in Estherville on Saturday, February 7, by a final score of 68-63.

Tavara Swonger led the Lakers offensively with 14 points, while Tahlea Tirrell added 12 points in the effort.

On the boards, Zoey Wooten paced Iowa Lakes with 7 rebounds, and Erica Welsh finished with 6 rebounds.

The Lakers move to 17-7 overall and 13-4 in conference play.

Iowa Lakes will next travel to Council Bluffs to face Iowa Western Community College on Wednesday, February 11. Their next home game will be against North Iowa Area Community College on February 18 at 5:30 p.m.
