Lakers head coach Ashley Martin reflected on the season following the game.
"I'm proud of this team and what they have accomplished this year," Martin said. "I loved the high effort and energy this group played with all season. We will really miss our sophomores, Zoey Wooten and Sarah Visser, and everything they brought to our team. We're excited about the potential for next year as well, bringing back some talented athletes who now have valuable experience and will continue to grow in our program."
