"This year had its fair share of highs and lows. We spent the majority of fall learning how to practice and understand the time and effort it takes to compete at the college level. As the fall progressed, I knew how much work it was going to take in order for our team to compete within our region. These ladies stuck it out and kept showing up. Because of that, we were able to play some of our best golf when it mattered most. I'm proud of our team making it to nationals for several reasons, but I'm especially grateful to send Karli out on a high note. She has been a big piece in building this program," said Coach Myers. "Our ladies competed their tails off and had great attitudes throughout the four days. I think we learned a lot from this year and the national tournament. The amount of focus and discipline at practice throughout the year is exposed when the pressure is highest. Unfortunately, once you make it to the national tournament, there's not a lot you can do to prepare. Overall, I'm very proud of the growth and accomplishments this year!
