The Lakers kicked off their fall campaign in Creston, IA. SWICC hosted an 18-hole coed event at Crestmoor Golf Club. Iowa Central's team set the pace with a 333 (+45) to earn 1st place. Lady Lakers came in 2nd with a 367 (+79), and North Central Missouri took 3rd place with a total of 386 (+98). On the individual side, sophomore Hayden Fenimore posted her career low and best tournament finish. Fenimore carded an 84 (+12), earning a T-3 finish. Alyssa Schorg (91) and Leah Becker (93) both finished in the top 10. Abigail Davis and Madilyn Arp-Cornell made their collegiate debuts. Davis turned in a 99(+27) and Arp-Cornell finished with a 103 (+31). 

"All of our girls played great! Hayden posted her career low and best finish! It's always good to see a player's hard work pay off in a tournament. We have a lot of room for improvement throughout this fall as a team but this group has a lot of potential! We have another great group of ladies this year! I'm excited to see the continued growth throughout practice this fall," said Coach Myers.
