Congratulations to Iowa Lakes sophomore Alyssa Schorg of Remsen, Iowa, on earning All-Region Honorable Mention honors following an impressive 2025 season.

Schorg entered the season with valuable experience as a returning member of last year's national qualifying team and continued to play an important role in the success of the Lakers program. She earned All-Region recognition with a 16th-place finish at the district tournament, highlighted by an opening-round 86 that tied her collegiate career low.

Beyond her success on the golf course, Alyssa balanced the demands of pursuing her Veterinary Technician degree while also participating in choir and being actively involved in Laker Life. Her commitment, leadership, and ability to excel across multiple areas made her a tremendous representative of Iowa Lakes Athletics.
