FRESHMAN SEASON (2021): Chase played in all 46 games last season for the Lakers. She had an impressive year batting .452 with a .497 on-base percentage and a .716 slugging percentage. She racked up 70 hits, including 21 doubles, 1 triple, and 6 homeruns. She scored 54 times and struck out just 9 times all season. In the circle, Chase finished with a 17-10 record. She appeared in 34  games, throwing 167 innings. She struck out 160 batters and walked just 27. Chase was recognized for her efforts by receiving NFCA 2nd Team All-American honors, ICCAC 1st Team All-Region honors, two-time ICCAC Pitcher of the Week, one-time ICCAC Player of the Week, and one-time NJCAA Player of the Week. Off the field, she also earned 1st Team Academic All-Region honors and 3rd Team NJCAA Academic All-American. 

HIGH SCHOOL (2020): Chase is a five-year letter winner for the Gophers. She is a four-time All-Conference Team selection, four-time All-Section Team selection, one-time All-State Honorable Mention selection, one-time All-State 2^nd Team selection, and two-time All-State 1^st Team selection. In her career, she has a 50-13 record with a 1.45 ERA. She has struck out 605 batters while allowing just 243 hits. At the plate, she has an impressive .541 batting average. She has racked up 46 hits, including ten doubles, one triple, and two homeruns.  Chase is also a member of the Minnesota State Honors Society since 2018.

PERSONAL: Chase is the daughter of Jerry and Laura Chase and has two siblings, Tyler and Ashley. Her dream job is to become a Pilot and the most interesting place she has visited is California. Chase's favorite food is kiwi and color is blue. She likes to watch the show Grey's Anatomy and the movie Old Yeller. You can often times hear Chase being called A-Lex by her friends and family.
